Paper sack is a strong package. We can make it dense for packaging of dusting materials, pastelike materials and tallow materials, or we can make it porous to let sensitive materials, packed in it, "breathe".

PAPER SACK'S ADVANTAGES:

• variations of seizes, strength and grammage make the sack suitable for packaging any products;
• the sack is easy to utilize without polluting the environment;
• empty sacks take little space;
• sacks are very cheap, in comparison with the other types of packaging (metal drums, canisters, plastic drums, wooden cases).

Paper sacks are widely used for packaging different industrial products:

• agricultural products - animal feed, seed, fertilizers, minerals, peat;
• products of chemical industry - coal, soda, casein, lime, rosin;
• products of food industry - flour, rice, milk powder, starch, sugar, potato, fish feed meal;
• products of mineral industry - dry mixes, chalky powder, cement, gravel, sand, talc, salt;
• other products - bone flour, cellulose wadding.

Variations in paper composition and combination of different types of paper (PE laminated paper, bitumen paper), changes of plies (2- 6) and different types of sacks (valve sacks, open sacks, sacks with different types of valves) make paper sacks suitable package for any products.

Printing (up to 4 colours) makes the sack more attractive for the buyers. It contains the information about the packed material: its quantity, instruction for use and so on.

sack description use NM unimpregnated sacks for non hygroscopic products BM bitumen sacks for low-hygroscopic products VM* moistproof sacks for products transported under wet conditions PM sacks with one or two plies of PE laminated sack paper for hygroscopic products, food products, chemicals and products, which cannot contact with paper fiber BMP sacks: one ply is bitumen paper and one ply is PE laminated paper for hygroscopic products, chemicals and products, which cannot contact with paper fiber VMB* sacks with moistproof plies and bitumen plies for low-hygroscopic products, transported under wet conditions BMP* sacks with moistproof plies and PE laminated plies for hygroscopic products, food products, chemicals and products, which cannot contact with paper fiber transported under wet conditions

* - we do not produce moistproof sacks.

Original materials for paper sacks production

• kraft paper - paper with grammage 70, 75, 80, 90 g/m2 is used for many types of sacks;
• sack paper coated with PE - PE grammage is 20 g/m2. Moistproof.
  
• Bitumen sack paper - moistproof;
  
• sack paper coated with silicone - has good antiadhesion properties, prevents sticking of viscous and adhesive matter to paper.

Good quality of the products

Wrapping paper, sack paper and paper sacks produced at the mill are sold in Russia, CIS countries and in other countries. Automated control of the production processes provides stable quality of the products. The mill got several awards, such as Best Quality Mark and the award for Image.
